HarianLampung.co.id – Tangerang Kota residents in need of extending their driving license can visit the Satpas or Mobile SIM Services provided by the Tangerang Kota Police. The Mobile SIM Services on 29th March were held in two locations, namely Pasar Laris Taman Cibodas, and Giant Kreo Larangan, from 8 am to 12 pm. Mobile SIM Services will only extend SIM A and C, and they must be done before the license expires. If the SIM has expired, then the police will issue a new SIM.
The cost of extending a SIM A is Rp 80,000, while extending SIM C is Rp 75,000, following the Non-Tax State Revenue Regulation (PP Nomor 60 Tahun 2016). To extend a SIM A or C, residents need to carry an original ID card and photocopy, an original SIM, undergo a driving psychological test, and submit a health certificate.
During the Mobile SIM Services, the Tangerang Kota Police will apply health protocols, such as wearing masks, washing hands with soap or hand sanitizer, and maintaining social distancing.
